We follow a “no questions asked” policy. If any part of the product falls short of what we promised, we’ll come out to your home to fix it. We believe you should get exactly what you paid for without having to argue for it.
In the unlikely event that we can’t achieve showroom-standard quality for your outdoor blinds, we’ll remove them and give you a 100% refund. We stand behind our products, and the risk is on us to get the installation right, never the customer.
